Concerned citizens congratulate Mutharika, Ansah on election victory

The Concerned Citizens of Malawi People Power Movement (CCM-PPM) has extended heartfelt congratulations to President-elect Arthur Peter Mutharika and Vice President-elect Jane Ansah, SC, following their victory in the September 16 General Elections.

In a statement issued today, CCM-PPM described the outcome as a reflection of the collective voice of Malawians, noting that justice had prevailed through the ballot.

“We are delighted that justice has served the will of the people of Malawi. Your triumph is a reflection of the collective voice of Malawians who have spoken clearly and decisively,” the group said.

The movement expressed optimism that under the new leadership, Malawi would continue on the path of unity, peace, and development.

They further pledged support and constructive engagement to ensure that the nation thrives for the good of all citizens.

“May God guide you with wisdom, courage, and integrity as you take up this noble responsibility to serve Malawi,” the statement concluded.
