The executive arm of government has embarked on a two-day retreat in Mangochi, aimed at strengthening efforts to build a more resilient economy and accelerate the realization of Vision 2063.

The Malawi Cabinet Retreat kicked off last night at Sunbird Nkopola in Mangochi, as cabinet ministers gather to reflect, strategize and align on practical solutions for building a more resilient economy and making Vision 2063 a reality.

The retreat, supported by UNDP, will see the cabinet hold intensive three-day discussions and exchanges to sharpen Malawi’s development roadmap for the years ahead.

The retreat is hosted by Vice President Jane Ansah and is attended by the Second Vice President Enock Kanzingeni-Chihana, cabinet ministers, and other local and international delegates.
