Standard Bank of Malawi launches ‘Yours 247’ campaign

Standard Bank Malawi Limited on Wednesday launched a digital platform campaign dubbed ‘Yours 247’, an initiative that allows customers to access banking services 24 hours a day.
Speaking at the launch of the campaign in Lilongwe, Standard Bank Chief Executive Phillip Madinga said the campaign responds to customer demand for services that align with the evolving digital landscape.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to being available for our customers around the clock—because life doesn’t pause, and neither should your bank,” said Madinga.
He added that the new service will also benefit small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with enterprise accounts, which can now conveniently access banking services via *247#.
“In addition, we have simplified and refreshed our 247 app based on customer feedback. This demonstrates our continued commitment to listening to our customers—because we believe there is no banking without you,” he said.
The Yours 247 campaign is described as a forward-thinking initiative that positions Standard Bank and its customers for the future of banking, where digital solutions will play a crucial role.
