Two Malawians win millions on betPawa Casino Games

Two Malawians have struck it big on betPawa’s online gaming platform, winning millions from popular crash games Aviator and JetX.
Billy Shaibu, a fuel attendant from Mangochi, walked away with K127.1 Million after playing Aviator.
Meanwhile, Chikondi Banda from Lilongwe secured K140 million from both Aviator and JetX.
Shaibu, who learned to play Aviator from a friend, has already started investing his winnings.
Despite his newfound wealth, he says he plans to keep working and supporting his family.
“I will continue working and ensure I keep uplifting my family in any way that I can,” Shaibu said.
Banda, a fan of JetX and Aviator, plans to seek financial advice before making major investments or expenditures.
Describing his win as surreal, he recalled how the multiplier kept increasing, leaving him in shock and excitement when he finally cashed out.
betPawa Malawi’s Southern Region Marketing Coordinator, Bita Nakanga, praised the winners and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to providing a thrilling gaming experience.
“These incredible wins highlight how our platform empowers players to bet small with the potential to win big,” Nakanga said.
The biggest recorded win on Aviator in Africa remains with Ghanaian player Fuseini Siaka, who won K841.3 million in November 2023.
