UTM’s Kabambe leads the charge in BIM’s Presidential series
Business In-detail Magazine’s latest publication explores how presidential candidates plan to boost Malawi’s economy should they be voted into power in next year’s general elections.
In its first episode, the magazine has featured UTM presidential hopeful Dalitso Kabambe who is a seasoned economist and former Reserve Bank governor.
According to the magazine’s team leader Alick Sichali, the initiative is aimed at giving Malawians a highlight of what the presidential candidates intends to do once elected into power.
“In this edition and the subsequent publications before the elections, we will get exclusive interviews with the people interested to serve Malawians as Head of State and the government. The main aim is to let people know developmental plans which their potential leaders have towards improving the country’s socioeconomic status while not politicising matters,” Sichali said.
Kabambe’s presidential campaign focuses on economic growth, job creation and sustainable development.
