PRISAM, MAGU sign MoU

The Private Schools Association of Malawi (PRISAM) has entered into an agreement with the Malawi Assemblies of God University (MAGU) towards helping education in the country.

This partnership aims to establish a collaborative partnership between MAGU and PRISAM, focusing on various educational programmes and initiatives, including degree and diploma programs in education, teacher training, early childhood development, teaching practices and, internships among others.

Speaking after sealing the agreement, PRISAM president Ernest Kaonga said: “This MoU has come at the right time when the government is encouraging teachers to get trained so that our education standards are improved in the country.

“We are also encouraging our teachers to make sure that their teachers are registered with the Teachers Union of Malawi to avoid disbarment if they do not pay registration fee.”
