NAP wants Chikangawa plane crash probe
Calls are growing for a thorough probe into the plane crash that claimed the life of Vice President Chilima in Chikangawa forest on Monday.
The VP, his aides, former first lady Shanil Dzimbiri and the flight crew perished when the MDF aircraft went down during their ill-fated flight to Mzuzu enroute to Nkhatabay to attend former Attorney General Ralph Kasambara’s funeral.
According to National Advocacy Platform – NAP chairperson, Benedicto Kondowe, a commission of inquiry could bring clarity on the circumstances that led to the tragedy.
