FDH Money Bureau promises improved money

Chimuna: The response has been overwhelming

FDH Money Bureau is vowing to continue improving its services to match the support that it keeps enjoying from its customers.

The remarks follow the official conclusion of the bureau’s ‘Golden Union Promotion’ which has been running for the past three months from 1 February to 30 April.

During the period, the finance institution managed to retain its old clientele as well as capture new customers who were assured of tailor-made transaction services.

The Golden Reunion Promotion aimed to encourage Malawians in the diaspora to send money back home and stand a chance to be reunited with their loved ones.

The bureau’s managing director Anthon Chimuna said: “The response has been overwhelming since the start of the promotion and we have seen quite an amazing reaction from the customers. The goal of the promotion was to re-unite local customer and those in diaspora.”

The bank revealed that there has been a significant increase in transactions using the service.

“We have seen an increase in transactions from our customers which simply means that the service has been tremendously beneficial for money transfer, the competition itself was just the icing on the cake,” Chimuna proudly said.

Western Union, Mukuru, Money gram and Hello Paisa the bank partnered with a number of international money transfer service provider.
