Mabedi names squad for 4 nations competition

Flames coach Patrick Mabedi has named a 27-member provisional squad of local based players ahead of a four nations tournament slated for later this month.

According to a statement by the Football Association of Malawi (FAM), the players will go in camp on Sunday in preparations for the same.

the team will camp in Blantyre for two weeks before moving to Lilongwe on 15th March.

Malawi is expected to host Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe at Lilongwe’s Bingu National stadium during the forthcoming FIFA window between March 18-26
