Sunbird set to improve customer experience at lakeside resort

Sunbird Hotels and Resorts has geared up efforts to improve customer experience at its premier lakeside resort – Sunbird Livingstonia hotel in Salima, by adding a new set of high standard rooms at the hotel.

The Hotel has added nine new set of rooms, thus increasing its inventory from 35 to 44 rooms. All rooms are set to be fitted with Hi-speed internet Wifi, Digital Satellite Television, Work stations, Minibars and storage facilities for guests.

The new set of rooms includes standard, chalet, superior, deluxe and family rooms.

Sunbird Sales and Communications Manager Temwa Kanjadza, points out that the upgrading is part of the company’s mission to give customers a wonderful experience at the Lakeside resort.

Whilst acknowledging that the additional rooms are in response to the growing demand at the hotel, Kanjadza also added that the upgrade is part of the company’s mission to make the hotel a preferred choice for its customers.

The unveiling of the new rooms is set to take place soon, a development which may also coincide with the festive season.

Sunbird Livingstonia offers upscale accommodation, watersport and conference facilities to leisure and business travelers. The resort also boasts a campsite situated directly adjacent to the main site with its own security, bar and restaurant. Only 90 minutes away from the capital city.
