The students, Parents and guardians have all expressed worry about the delay arguing that it is making them fail to plan accordingly.
Speaking to Capital fm, MANEB Spokesperson Simeon Maganga believes there was no need to panic saying it is only two months since the examinations were administered.
Maganga wonders why people expect the institution to release results in one and half months disregarding the process.
He disclosed that the marking process has been finalised and they are currently working on other logistics, but could not disclose when the MSCE examination results would be released.

The increase in number of impersonation cases has prompted the Malawi Examinations Board MANEB to introduce identity cards for internal candidates attempting primary school Leaving Certificate of Education – PSLC Examinations.
Several arrests have been made over the years, bordering on cheating, including impersonation of candidates during examination time.
Recently, a secondary school candidate was caught red-handed, writing primary school leaving exams on behalf of a registered candidate.
According to Maganga the introduction of the identity cards is one way of reducing the malpractice.
“Candidates at Junior certificate and the Malawi school certificate levels already have identification cards and this helps reduce impersonation cases, we have had cases where a person who is not a candidate at all could be writing examinations on behalf of the real candidate so to fight the malpractice that’s why we are introducing the ID cards at PSLCE” said Maganga.
